The Innovators of Tomorrow Program will be held in Tulsa, Oklahoma during the month of May, 2025. We will be teaching our 7-17 year old future innovators multiple skills in the art and media field including but not limited to: Photography, graphic design, video, editing, logo creation, voice acting, art education, Photoshop, AI creation and printing.
Class Schedule
The class schedule begins the first Saturday of May (the 3rd), 2025 at 10:00am. It will continue for the whole month of May, the last class landing on the last Saturday of the month (the 31st).
There are 5 classes total. Each class is 4 hours total. They are every Saturday for the month of May.
Computers & Equipment
1. Each child will receive one computer and one mouse while in the classroom. They do not need to bring any computer equipment, however if they already have Photoshop on a personal device (Laptop or tablet) they may use their own. The computers used in classroom are not allowed to be taken home.
Food and Beverage
2. Lunch, water and snacks will be provided to each future innovator. We have a different restaurant catering each day for the full length of the program. If your child has any food allergies or specific dietary needs, we ask that you pack them a lunch to bring with them. A program menu will be provided with lunch items to educate the parents. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries or hospitalizations related to eating food while attending our program.
Travel, Drop off & Pickup
3. Travel to and from the program will be the responsibility of the parent, unless the future innovator is of driving age and can bring themselves. Parking passes will be provided for those driving to the program.
Drop off time will be no earlier than 9:55am. Please be on time. Classes will start approximately at 10:15am. Instruction on the day will be given out at this time.
Pickup Time will be no later than 2:05pm. We understand that things happen, so we will wait with your child until they are picked up by a designated parent or guardian. We will not release children under the age of 16 to parents or guardians that are not on the release list.
Medications
If your child is younger than 16 years of age and takes any kind of medication regularly (within the 4 hour block of the program) it will be the responsibility of the parent to administer it before, during or after the program. Tisdale Marketing Solutions LLC will not monitor or administer medications to anyone attending the program.
Young Innovator Information
All Young Innovators will be required to wear a name badge and lanyard while attending the program. They will be provided on orientation day, which will be scheduled.
